Imagine sitting on your new porch swing (proudly built with your own 2 hands) sipping your morning coffee while listening to the birds chirping. Or swinging while watching your littles playing outside in the sunshine . Or having a glass of wine with a friend, laughing while taking a swing down memory lane…sounds pretty nice, right? It is! I’m loving all of these things on my new porch swing. At this workshop we will walk you through every step of building one of your own. Your new swing will measure about 53” wide by 28” deep and perfectly fits a standard crib size mattress. Don’t be intimidated by its beauty as these are very quick and easy to build even for the most uncraftiest of crafters. Choose from a wide variety of stains that we have on hand and we will seal them to weatherproof them as well. All hanging hardware is included in ticket price so you will take it home the same day ready to hang. Pillows and mattress are not included but Home Goods has a great selection of pillows for cheap and crib mattresses can be found on amazon for around $30. We can’t wait to build with you!
